This is quite the saying, isn’t it? However negative it may seem or nervous it may make you feel, it’s actually a completely positive and influential saying. It’s something that can allow you to stay calm, to remember that good things can happen to you too, and for you or look back on positive experiences to counteract any worries that you’re having. We all worry, don’t we? We worry about our kids, the future, silly little things in our lives – it’s natural. But when you’re someone that worries obsessively and it’s affecting your health, something’s gotta give!

First of all, you’ve got the everyday chaos of running a family home. Because it’s hard and stressful and there’s always a million things to do. But slow down. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. What’s the worst that can happen if you take a day off? Sure, in your mind jobs will pile up. But actually, you’ll feel more refreshed the next day ad you’ll probably get more done!
As a step on from that, if you’re someone that’s having home issues, then you need to make sure that you’re doing something about that. Don’t worry about it, deal with it! But, you have to really be conscious of that and accept yourself for who you are. Because really, what the worst that can happen if you’re just being yourself? That you’ll care less for others and be happy in yourself? Well that’s pretty great, don’t you think?
